Q. HOW DO I CANCEL THE ORDER, I HAVE PLACED?

You can cancel your order before it has been packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.

Q. WHAT IS THE PLANT LIFE ?

As you know every plant sold on the site is artificial so the plant life on papers is life and solely depends upon your maintainability and care towards the product

Q. I HAVE CREATED A RETURN REQUEST. WHEN WILL I GET THE REFUND?

Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the Returns Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines:
• NEFT – 1 to 3 days post refund initiation
• Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
• “Razorpay” – 2 day post refund initiation.

Q. SHOULD I NEED TO CONSTANTLY WATER THE PLANTS ?

No! We don’t need to do that at all.
